After graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy she began working in the Lower mainland. There, she was able to grow a successful practice for 4 years before making the decision to relocate here in Lake Country. In this transition, Téa took the opportunity to learn from body workers in different parts of the world as she travelled through SE Asia taking interest in human anatomy, traditional Thai massage, and somatic movement. Téa is experienced in treating patients with various conditions ranging from acute sport injuries to chronic pain/fatigue, pre/post surgery, arthritis, frozen shoulder, pregnancy, postural/muscle imbalances, anxiety, PTSD, children with ADHD, and more. By booking with Téa you can expect a thorough assessment, hands on massage, and aftercare such as therapeutic movement/exercises and hydrotherapy. Téa uses principles of general Swedish massage along with deep tissue, trigger point release, GTO release, MET, deep stretching, joint mobilization, end range loading, and fascial work.
