Joanna holds a Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Science (M.OMSC) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she completed over 4,200 hours of training, including 1,000 hours of clinical experience. She is a registered member in good standing with both OSTCAN and the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). Prior to attending CAO, Joanna graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Joanna tailors her treatments to target the root causes of her patients’ concerns, utilizing a holistic approach to restore motion, symmetry, and balance through gentle manipulations. This approach enhances the circulation of the “four rivers of life”—nerve, artery, vein, and lymphatic—thereby promoting the body’s self-healing and self-regulating abilities. Joanna provides care for both individuals with specific issues and those seeking a general “tune-up.” In addition to her clinical practice, Joanna serves as a teaching assistant at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she helps students refine their osteopathic techniques and strengthen their understanding of osteopathic principles.
