When I’m not working, you’ll often find me at poetry readings. --- Favorite Treatments: I love working on the neck, head, and TMJ to help relieve headaches and neck tension. I also enjoy providing chronic pain relief throughout the body, especially when pain is affecting daily comfort and quality of life. --- Favourite Techniques: I use a variety of techniques tailored to each session, including pin and stretch, myofascial release, and slow, sinking compression to reach deeper layers of muscle tissue. --- Preferred Music During Treatment: I usually prefer music that’s a bit more upbeat with rhythmic tones, but I’m always happy to adjust based on each client’s preference.
