My goal is to work with you to help alleviate the musculoskeletal disorders associated with everyday stress, physical manifestation of mental distress, muscular overuse and many persistent pain syndromes caused from injury in sport, motor vehicle accidents, and daily activity. Through thorough assessment, patient education, using various treatment techniques and rehabilitative exercise programming, we will develop a treatment plan that works for you to facilitate a complete recovery from your injury concern(s). I am a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3000hr program. The school is in New Westminster, BC and is an accredited educational institution. Upon graduation (2006) I passed my Board Exam and was granted the title of Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). I have maintained my active RMT status with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia since moving to Alberta in 2013. I am an active member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). I am also an Advanced Orthopedic Massage Therapist (AOMT), a Certified KinesioTape Practitioner as well as a Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT).
