This is for patients ages 13 and older. Our osteopathic manual practitioner offers specialized care tailored to the unique needs of women. Her practice is dedicated to supporting individuals who identify as women, providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for those seeking compassionate care. Our osteopath uses a personalized mix of approaches (ie. cranial, visceral, musculoskeletal, lymphatic, vascular, etc.) and work with the body's fascia (the connected tissue in your body that holds us together!) to find restrictions and reestablish mobility. Techniques include gentle osteo-articular mobilizations, myofascial release, neurokinetic therapy (NKT - reprogramming of muscle compensations), anatomy in motion (AiM) exercises, visceral manipulation, cranial sacral therapy, intra-oral osteopathic techniques, cupping and K-taping
