Stephen enjoys a physically active lifestyle and he enjoys helping others reach their goals. He has completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Providing high quality care is of utmost importance to Stephen, and so he strives to create a comfortable environment with an educational and patient-centred experience. He utilizes a variety of treatment techniques to address pain and dysfunction including Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue/Trigger Point Techniques, Radial Shockwave Therapy, Functional Dry Needling/Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), and individualized exercise therapy. Stephen also has his Level 1 Diploma of Orthopaedics in Manual Therapy. Outside of clinic, Stephen was a competitive dragon boater for 6 years, and he enjoys practicing martial arts and climbing the walls of bouldering gyms.
