Ross graduated from King’s College London with a masters in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, he completed a BSc with honours from the University of Heriot-Watt, Edinburgh, UK. After completing his masters degree, Ross returned to Edinburgh, where he worked as a physio for 6 years between public and private healthcare settings, treating a wide range of conditions, such as post-surgical rehab, post-stroke functional limitations and acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. After suffering a rugby injury and undergoing 2 ACL reconstructions, Ross developed a keen interest in knee rehabilitation, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Ross has since developed a passion for assessment and treatment of the knee, an area which can have a huge impact on day-to-day function. Ross’ treatment approach centers around education, exercise prescription, manual therapy and evidence-based treatment plans. His commitment to continuing education has kept him abreast of the latest techniques in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and pain management, ensuring that his practice remains safe and effective. As a physiotherapist, he believes that taking a client-led approach is vital in meeting goals as well as creating a space where clients feel comfortable and safe. By working together with his clients, Ross aims to create a realistic and achievable treatment plan in order to reach client specific goals.
