. In 2009, Helen graduated as a Natural Health Practitioner from the International Academy of Health Sciences in Ottawa. She obtained a certificate in Reflexology for feet, hands and face. She also obtained a certificate in Aromatherapy at the same time. In 2010, Helen obtained a diploma in Hot Stone Therapy,. In 2013 she obtained her Certification as a Registered Foot Reflexologist and in 2022 certification as a Registered Hand Reflexologist with Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). Helen also holds a diploma for Indian Head Message (2017) & for Massage Therapy (2017). As well, she is certified as an Indie Head Massage Practitioner (2023) recognized by RAC and the Canadian Centre of Indian Head Practitioners. In addition , she also has a certificate in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) - UK Sally Kay (2022).
