Trevor has always had strong interest in learning about the human body. He grew up playing competitive soccer which peaked his interest in learning about anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation. He decided to pursue his passion in health and fitness at McMaster University where he completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where he also graduated Summa Cum Laude. During his time there, Trevor completed placements at St Johns Rehab Hospital as well as the CMCC Campus Clinic. At these placements, Trevor treated a diverse group of patients from adolescents to seniors, athletes to office workers and everything in between. Trevor is an evidence-based chiropractor who focuses on providing holistic patient-centered care. His treatment sessions involve a combination of different techniques including soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, acupuncture, and exercise. Trevor has completed additional courses in instrument assisted soft tissue therapy (IAST), functional range conditioning( FRC), integrated assessment, and integrated patterning. Trevor is also certified in contemporary medical acupuncture through McMaster University. Outside of clinic, Trevor enjoys playing soccer, working out, and playing with his dog Brodie.
