Gabe is a registered massage therapist, strength & conditioning coach, and personal trainer. Originally from Alliston, Ontario, he brings over 10 years of experience in competitive contact sports, including football and rugby. His athletic background led him into strength and conditioning, where he works one-on-one with athletes in volleyball, football, rugby, and track. Gabe specializes in developing strength, speed, and power, with advanced proficiency in Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean & jerk. His passion for human performance inspired him to return to school to become a registered massage therapist. Outside of work, Gabe enjoys playing guitar, working out with friends, and competitive gaming.
Massage Therapy
This treatment is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist and includes assessment, hands-on treatment, and individualized home care recommendations to help you achieve lasting results. Each session is tailored to your specific needs,whether that’s relieving muscle tension, addressing injury or postural strain, promoting recovery, or supporting relaxation. Techniques may include trigger point release, deep tissue work, cupping and other evidence-based approaches to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
