Reflexology

When receiving treatment, the client lies on a table or sits in a reclining chair. The reflexologist applies thumb or finger pressure to each foot or hand. Certain areas may feel more sensitive than others. The tenderness often decreases as the practitioner works the feet and the client begins to relax. The more often you receive reflexology, the more benefits you are likely to notice. You may also become more aware of how it feels to be truly relaxed, which can help you to recognize areas of tension in the body. By nourishing your mental and physical vitality, reflexology can help to normalise the body’s functions. Regular treatments help alleviate stress and tension as well as assist healthy nerve functioning and circulation throughout the body. Whether you have chronic or acute health problems or you are simply looking for a way to reduce tension and promote wellbeing, reflexology may be the answer to an improved and long-lasting healthy life.
