Relax, I got you! I have been practicing massage therapy for 15 yrs now! I truly love what I do. Working with people and meeting their massage therapy needs is my main goal. I am constantly taking continuing education course credits to better assist the needs of my clients. My forte is Therapeutic Massage; I use different techniques to help alleviate tension and pain gaining better range of motion in muscle tissues, fascia and joints. I strive to give my best with everything I do.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
