Virginia has been licensed as a massage therapist since 1997 by the State Medical Board of Ohio, and as a registered nurse since 2011. She is a provider for Summa Health, the Veterans Administration, and Workers' Compensation. And has certifications in Myofascial Release/Neuromuscular (deep tissue), and Lymphatic Drainage. She has been a home health nurse, taught at Stark State College, and is a former advisory board member for NorthCoast Medical Training Academy and Miami Jacobs Career College, where she contributed her expertise to the advancement of massage therapy education. She is a past American Massage Therapy Association newsletter editor, and Ohio Council of Massage Therapy Schools Co-Secretary.
