Charnvir is a dedicated and BCAK registered kinesiologist committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. With a focus on rehabilitation and recovery, she works collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their personal health and mobility goals. Guided by principles of cultural humility, she tailors treatments to honor each client’s unique needs and background. Charnvir empowers individuals to gain strength, confidence, and independence with a client-centred approach.
