Justin has been a registered massage therapist for 17 years. He graduated from Sutherland Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2009. After graduation, he moved to Hong Kong to work at the Sutherland Chan Centre. Upon returning to Canada, he worked at the prestigious Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto. Justin is trained in a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to: Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and relaxation. He is a recent graduate from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine academy and recently became a Registered Acupuncturist with the CTCMPAO. Justin has experience with strain/sprains, disc injuries, arthritic conditions, postural conditions, chronic issues and more. Justin’s goals are to help reduce pain and discomfort due to stress, repetitive strain injuries and exercise. In his spare time, Justin enjoys reading, hiking, and yoga.

Through direct treatment, the massage therapist is able to ease symptoms by manipulation of the muscles, ligaments and joints, fascial restrictions, vascular and lymphatic systems in addition to the neurological system. While the psychological response includes, an increased sense of well-being, as well as the relief of daily stressors. The results of stress and pain can be relieved or prevented through regular massage therapy treatment by maintaining physical function.
