Stephanie believes that Massage Therapy can help clients minimize pain and reach a higher level of health and wellness. Pursuing her passion, she graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist with a Diploma of Massage Therapy from Eastern Academy in 2019. Stephanie has treated a range of ailments from sports related injuries to postural imbalances, chronic conditions and specific injuries including sprains, strains, tendonitis, headaches, and low back/neck spasms. With an emphasis on safe and effective treatments, Stephanie’s Massage treatments use a combination of myofascial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques and traditional Swedish Massage. In her free time Stephanie trains, coach’s and is a chief official in kickboxing. As a member of the Canadian National team and two time national champion she has had the opportunity to travel to the WAKO World championships as well as many other international events.
Massage Initial Assessment **Please note- Should you be direct billing your health insurance, please make sure you check with individual policy to assure this service is indeed billable third party. Also, should your insurance be maxed the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. If you are unsure if you have coverage, we kindly ask you to check this before arriving at your scheduled appointment. The clinic coordinator can not call on your behalf. ***ONLY Saturday/Holiday appointments will require full payment rather than direct billing.
