Lois graduated from McGill University in 1979 (B.Sc.PT). She was a physiotherapist at the Calgary Winter Club from 1998 to 2014 but is now providing vacation coverage for therapists at Physiotherapy InMotion. She has been working with Physiotherapy InMotion and the Calgary Winter Club to organize and help deliver the GLAD Canada exercise program for hip and knee osteoarthritis. As a Sport Physiotherapist, she has had the privilege of being a member of the Canadian Health Team at many multisport Games including the 2004, 2010, and 2016 Olympic Games. She was the Chief Therapist for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. She is an instructor of K-Taping techniques to health care professionals in Canada. Lois is a Registered International Sport Physical Therapist. (RISPT) Her goal with patients is to give them strategies, education, and self-help techniques to improve their condition and return to normal activities. Lois will provide assessment and treatments as well as the GLAD Program.
