Heather James, LMBT #10296 (she/her) began clinical practice in 2010 after graduating from Wake Tech's therapeutic massage program. She went on to earn her Biology Pre-Med degree from NCCU. In addition, Heather attended osteopathic medical school for two years. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending it with her family, doing yardwork, attending local comedy shows, reading, learning, and caring for her menagerie of pets. When booking online, prepayment is not mandatory but optional. If you'd like to pay in-person after your session, please choose that option from the drop-down menu when it asks about pre-paying. After scheduling, you will receive confirmation and reminder emails (contains important info/details/directions). Please check spam if you don't. The day before your session, you will be emailed a virtual health intake form. Please complete that in-full (all questions asked are important for me to know the answers to) prior to your session. 60 min massage with modalities of your choice. Cancel policy is 24 hrs or full cost is charged. Read confirmation email after booking.
Lymphatic Drainage
90 min for first time MLD clients - technique for those w/ swelling/lymphedema due to recent surgery, lymph node removal, strains/sprains, pregnancy, lymphatic blockage etc. If you have swelling due to a medical condition or surgery, this 90 min initial session is for you.
