I have received my certificate of completion in Orthopedic Massage of the Thoracic and Lumbar region, During my spare time, you can find me hitting the pavement an avid runner, cooking, singing karaoke, camping, swimming, practicing breathwork and meditation, or spending quality time with my little tribe.
