Krista is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating from Fanshawe College in Southwestern Ontario with a Diploma in Fitness and Health in 2001, and completing her schooling at D’Arcy Lane Private College to become a Registered Massage Therapist in 2007. She has completed numerous post-graduate courses, including training in Myofascial Massage, Cupping, Pregnancy and Infant Massage, and Myofascial Release Techniques in Pelvic Health Rehabilitation. Krista is a long-distance runner, completing 10 marathons including 3 Boston Marathons. Those who are lucky enough to catch a quick glimpse of her in a race are amazed to see her speed by with a beautiful smile on her face and socks on her hands to keep them warm. Currently working towards her National Run Coach Certification Krista is excited to incorporate this into her business. When not running, Krista enjoys cheering on her husband and three amazing kids as they play hockey, baseball and soccer for the Chatham travel teams.
