##**Meet Ally, our newest Registered Massage Therapist** Ally is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and a Registered Massage Therapist committed to helping clients reduce pain, restore movement, and support their overall health and well-being. Before becoming an RMT, Ally completed the Bodywork Therapy Program at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, where she trained in Ayurvedic Head Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, and Shiatsu. She has also pursued advanced training internationally, completing General Thai Massage at the Wat Pho Thai Traditional Medical School in Bangkok, Thailand, and later earning certification in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage. Drawing from her diverse training, Ally takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach to care. She strives to create a welcoming environment where each person feels comfortable, supported, and empowered on their path to better health. Outside the clinic, Ally enjoys an active lifestyle that includes Pilates, strength training, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. She also loves gardening, caring for her ever-growing collection of plants, spending time with her French Bulldog, Bella, and relaxing with a good horror or thriller movie. Her passion for movement, wellness, and lifelong learning is reflected in the care she provides to every client.
