I incorporate a variety of modalities to each massage session. My aim is to assist the body to heal itself. Our bodies strive for balance. Sometimes they just need someone to give it a gentle push in the right direction. I currently offer Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Deep tissue, Trigger point, prenatal, hot/cold stone, cupping, Guasha/IASTM, myofascial, Oncology massage, migraine& TMJ Disfunction treatments,... However, tell me what your muscular complaints are & I will individualize a plan just right for you.
Massage
These sessions incorporate many modalities to target specific individual needs from Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic myofascial, hot/cold stone, cupping or instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. These session may require participation so they may not be a suitable time for napping. These sessions may not be full body massage, depending on the time needed to work on priority areas. *Shorts are recommended for men incase compromising positions are necessary.*
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a very gentle light superficial touch that helps to direct lymph towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system. Lymphatic work helps reduce pain, inflammation, boosts the immune system, stimulates the digestive system and helps remove metabolic waste. Lymphatic work is perfect for anyone, lymphedema, cancer survivors, with an auto-immune disorder, pre/post-surgery recovery or general well-being.
