Quinn Polack is a Registered Kinesiologist in Kelowna and a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO) in 2024 and is passionate about helping people regain strength, confidence, and independence through evidence-based exercise rehabilitation. Quinn works with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, motor vehicle accidents (ICBC claims), workplace injuries (WorkSafeBC claims), chronic pain, and post-surgical conditions. She has a special interest in hip and knee replacement rehabilitation, guiding patients through both prehabilitation before surgery and structured rehabilitation afterward to help optimize recovery and return to everyday activities. At ThreeSixty Physiotherapy, Quinn designs individualized exercise therapy programs that are tailored to each patient’s goals, abilities, and stage of recovery. Whether someone is returning to work, getting back to sport, or simply wanting to move with less pain, she focuses on building strength, improving mobility, restoring function, and creating lasting confidence in movement. Quinn has also been a member of the medical support team for the Okanagan Sun Football Club, where she assisted with injury management, athletic taping, sideline care, and return-to-play support for competitive athletes. Her background as a longtime competitive ringette player gives her a firsthand appreciation for injury recovery, athletic performance, and the importance of keeping people active. Patients appreciate Quinn’s approachable personality, positive attitude, and ability to make rehabilitation both challenging and encouraging. She believes successful recovery comes from combining the best available research with individualized care, education, and practical exercise programs that fit each person’s lifestyle.
