Hi, I’m Dr. Lauren Rea, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in BC and Burnaby native. I hold a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science and completed my Naturopathic Medicine training at CCNM-Boucher. As a former varsity soccer captain, I experienced firsthand the gaps in care that athletes face with injuries and performance challenges. This inspired my focus on sports medicine, athletic performance, and chronic pain management. I’m also passionate about complex chronic diseases and collaborate closely with Dr. Lisa on these cases. I’m trained in acupuncture, IV therapy, and advanced injection therapies including PRP, prolotherapy, and joint injections. My goal is to equip you with the personalized care and knowledge to get back to your best self—whether that’s returning to sport or reclaiming your vitality. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me at the gym, playing soccer, hiking, or reading the latest research to better serve my patients. I’m excited to partner with you on your journey back to health!
