Many patients seek out Dr. Tripat when they feel nothing else has worked. She is a registered acupuncturist, trained at Grant MacEwan University, with a rare blend of Western medical training (medical degree holder, not a licensed physician) and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This unique background allows her to bridge the precision of science with the holistic wisdom of acupuncture. Her own healing journey showed her that true health is more than treating symptoms, it’s about restoring balance, resilience, and joy. Her focus includes chronic pain, women’s reproductive health, and mental-emotional wellness such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout. She is especially passionate about helping those who feel they’ve “tried everything else.” At the same time, she sees acupuncture as powerful preventative medicine — supporting long-term wellness, stress relief, and vitality before issues become overwhelming. Patients often share that she is the first practitioner who truly listens and connects the dots, helping them feel both understood and empowered. Her treatments go beyond quick fixes. By addressing root causes, she helps patients step into a fuller, more vibrant life. Compassion, attunement, and empowerment are at the heart of her care, making each session a space to heal body, mind, and spirit. If you’re looking for care that blends science with soul — Tripat is here to guide you. Tripat Sahi, Dr. Ac.
On the first visit you will review your health history and address any current concerns or symptoms you may be experiencing. Your acupuncturist will then explain the treatment followed by inserting the needles at a pace that is comfortable for you. They will remain inserted for the majority of the appointment and removed at the conclusion of the treatment.
