I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 12 years of experience in clinical, chiropractic, and spa settings in both Morehead and Lexington. I specialize in therapeutic and relaxation techniques, with a strong background in client assessment and customized treatment planning. I'm certified in multiple modalities, including Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral work, and Reiki. My work often centers around addressing chronic pain, calming the nervous system, and supporting long-term healing. I frequently work with clients managing psoas tension, shoulder and rotator cuff dysfunction, and recurring headaches. I place a high value on each clients sense of safety and comfort, and I work from a foundation of unconditional positive regard for all body types. Every session is tailored to the clients individual needswhether its targeted therapeutic work, full-body relaxation, or a thoughtful blend of both. One of my favorite aspects of this work is witnessing the positive changes that unfold for clients over timenot just in their physical well-being, but in the lifestyle shifts that often accompany regular bodywork. I completed my massage therapy training at Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2012. In addition to my hands-on practice, Ive served as a teaching assistant and student clinic supervisor there as well, mentoring new therapists in technique, client care, and professional development.
