Born and raised in Saskatoon, Thomas graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise & Sport Studies) in 2022, followed by a Master’s of Physical Therapy in 2024. Thomas has a passion for helping people build resilience, regain function, and achieve their personal goals, drawing on his extensive background in strength and conditioning. As a competitive powerlifter and certified strength coach, Thomas brings a unique perspective to rehabilitation, combining evidence-based practices with an understanding of athletic performance. He has experience working with clients from all walks of life, whether they’re athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals recovering from injury. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys strength training and competing in powerlifting, playing video games, and spending time outdoors
