Shruti is a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and return to doing what they love. She has over 7 years of experience in Physiotherapy, with a strong focus on Orthopedic (Musculoskeletal) care. Shruti completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in Mumbai and went on to specialize in MSK physiotherapy through post-graduate training at an Orthopedic super-specialty hospital in Pune. Over the years, she has worked with a wide range of conditions—from everyday aches and sports injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic pain. She works closely with her patients to understand their concerns and guide them through a clear, personalized path to recovery. Her approach focuses on manual therapy, targeted exercise, education, and practical strategies to help patients better understand their bodies and recover with confidence. Whenever possible, she aims to help patients avoid unnecessary surgeries and reduce long-term reliance on pain medications. Shruti’s approach is patient-centered, with a strong emphasis on education, open communication, and collaborative care. She believes rehabilitation should feel structured, supportive, and empowering—never overwhelming. She also has a special interest in chronic pain and its impact on day-to-day life, and remains committed to staying up to date with the latest research to deliver effective, evidence-based care. Alongside orthopedic care, Shruti is a Level 2 certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. She has a strong clinical interest in pelvic health, particularly in supporting individuals experiencing symptoms that are often overlooked or normalized. She treats pelvic concerns in conditions such as: Vulvodynia (ongoing vulvar discomfort) Vestibulodynia (pain at vaginal entrance) Persistent genital arousal disorder (unwanted constant arousal sensation) Clitoral phimosis (tightness around clitoral hood) Dyspareunia (discomfort during intimacy) Vaginismus (difficulty with vaginal relaxation) Lichen sclerosis (sensitive, fragile vulvar skin) Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (menopause-related vaginal and bladder changes) Pudendal neuralgia (nerve-related pelvic pain) Bladder pain syndrome (ongoing bladder discomfort) Interstitial cystitis (bladder pressure and irritation) Chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (ongoing prostate discomfort, no infection) Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (persistent pelvic discomfort) Dysmenorrhea (painful periods) Endometriosis (tissue growing outside uterus) Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) (bloating with bowel changes) She also treats concerns such as: Prolapse (pelvic organs dropping down) Incontinence (leakage of urine or stool) Postpartum recovery (healing after childbirth) For individuals experiencing persistent low back pain, Shruti also considers the role of the pelvic floor muscles—an often overlooked contributor that can significantly impact recovery when properly addressed. These conditions are more common than many realize, and patients deserve care, support, and answers without feeling judged or dismissed. Shruti places a strong emphasis on creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space where these concerns can be addressed openly.
