Dr. Tara has a dual designation of Doctor of Chiropractic and a registered massage therapy, which has allowed her to offer her clients a wide range of care. Dr. Tara’s commitment to her patient’s health and well-being has led to her pursuit of clinical excellence through various continuing education certifications such as medical acupuncture, FRC, Barell Institute Visceral Manipulation, and Fascial Distortion Model. As a mother of two young children, she understands the physical challenges that other women face to stay physically and mentally healthy, and the importance of self-care. With a few years of research experience, Dr. Tara has a special interest in academia. She also enjoys teaching and instructing future health professionals at a college level.
