Leah graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (2013) and a Bachelor in Kinesiology at Western University (2011). Leah assists on courses with Antony Lo (The Female Athlete) and Teresa Waser (TIIPPSS-FC) to guide other physiotherapists in returning athletes to sport after pregnancy, pelvic symptoms and/or injury. She has advanced training in manual therapy (OrthoDiv Level 1,2,3,4), dry needling (Kinetacore), powerlifting coaching (CAPC), pelvic health related topics such as incontinence (Level 1), pelvic pain (Level 2/3), pessary fittings, pregnancy pain management (Rost) and sexual wellness (Trans-Inclusive, Trauma-Informed, Kink-Aware: Optimizing Sexual Wellness, Sex Foundations at Guelph Universtity, member of ASSECT). Leah feels passionate about working with people who have lost the ability to move the way they want because of injury/symptoms or people who want to incorporate movement into their life but find they frequently meet barriers and want help making change.
