Dr. Sarah has had the privilege of providing Injury Rehabilitation, Family Wellness and pre/post pregnancy care in Barrie, Ontario since 2004. She is passionate about educating and empowering individuals to take control of their health journey. Looking beyond the problem to address the whole person, treatments are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, whether a pregnant woman, newborn, child or senior. Through the years, she has worked with athletes from all levels: Weekend Warriors, Olympians, Ironman Athletes, Marathon Runners and Dancers. As a Chiropractor with a degree in Kinesiology and a background in Athletic Therapy and Personal Training, she uses a combination of various Chiropractic techniques (Adjusting, gentle mobilizations and Activator Instrument), Soft Tissue Release, Acupuncture, Orthotics, Kinesio Taping, Shockwave Therapy, and Strength & Stretching programs in her treatments. Although academic pursuits sidelined her hockey endeavours, which at the time included a National Championship as a member of Team Ontario, Team Canada selection camps, CIAU All-star and CIAU Academic All-Canadian honours. She is the proud mom of 3 children and enjoys building, creating and kayaking. Dr. Sarah founded Integrated Health Connections in 2015 with the intent of providing exceptional Injury Rehabilitation and Family Wellness.
