Hello! My name is Steph and I am so excited to be a part of your healing journey! I fell in love with Eastern Medicine Practices when I learned the approach is proactive, natural, and with minimal side effects, as compared to Western Medicine. I use organic methods to address root causes of common ailments rather than simply manage your symptoms. Beyond my Traditional Chinese Medicine training, some of my qualifications within the healing arts are: - 500-hour Registered Yoga/Meditation Teacher - Trauma Informed Practitioner - Licensed Massage Therapist - Reiki Master As a holistic health practitioner, I address wellbeing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. I use my diverse background to inform you as much as possible as we work together to determine which of the many resources in my toolkit will best serve you.
