Sarah graduated from Sheridan College with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences-Athletic Therapy Degree in 2012. Sarah treats a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries ranging from all ages and levels of ailment. Sarah’s practice has developed into a hands-on focused approach when it comes to treatment. Performing a comprehensive assessment to ensure her patients understand all aspects of their injury, along with working together with her patients to personalize their rehabilitation journey. She loves assisting athletes return to play, but also finds great joy in aiding in the recovery of a patient’s chronic injury. Sarah’s passion for learning has led her to take many postgraduate courses such as training in Long Covid symptom management, women returning to fitness through external approaches to pelvic health and began a passion for treating TMJ disorders. Growing up in Kenora, Sarah often spends time outdoors. She continues to play both soccer and hockey, passing along her passion for sports to her children and continues to be taught a few things about hockey from her husband. You can often find Sarah running in the Sage Creek area. Check out the run club and join her! She is currently enjoying Maternity Leave and will be returning in 2024.
