My name is Benjamin Taggie. I am a graduate of Spa Tech Institute and have studied BodyTalk for 8 years. I specialize in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, polarity therapy, and lymphatic drainage. Through my own personal journey of healing from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, severe anxiety, and depression, I realized I wanted to support people on their journey through similar difficult life experiences through massage and energy work. This is why I became a massage therapist! My goal is to provide you enhanced relaxation and support, so that you may maintain and optimize your overall health and well-being! As a therapist, my passions include supporting people who are healing from injuries, and working with people who suffer from auto-immune, and medical conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Lyme Disease. My personal passions in life are collecting and selling gems and minerals, snowboarding, hiking, sitting in nature, family time, cooking, and traveling. Conscious Energy Balancing strives to make self care and wellness accessible to all. Sliding scale treatments are based on a self determined pay scale that can be utilized up to 3 times a year. This no questions asked scale allows you to choose the fee level that feels right for you. $50 - $100. We will gladly complete the payment day of service to allow your chosen fee to be processed.
