Dr. Mack received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). Prior to chiropractic school, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences with Honors in Research Distinction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she also ran as an NCAA Division I cross country and track athlete. Originally from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Dr. Mack is excited to return to the area and serve the local community. Dr. Mack completed an advanced Clinical Sports Medicine Fellowship with NeuroSport Spine and Concussion Center, where she specialized in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, concussion patients, and individuals with dysautonomia and POTS. During her fellowship, she was trained in the Moreau POTS Protocol and uses an evidence-informed approach centered around comprehensive examinations, therapeutic exercise, hands-on care, and co-management when appropriate. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Mack is a co-founder of the Black Sports Chiropractic Network (BSCN), where she remains involved in mentorship, education, and leadership within the sports chiropractic profession. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mack enjoys staying active outdoors with her husband Lucas, traveling, and cross-country skiing.
New patient to the office OR 3+ years since your last appointment. Your initial assessment will consist of a thorough health history, musculoskeletal exam, and an individualized treatment plan utilizing a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and rehabilitative exercises.
