B1-1284 GLADSTONE AVE, Victoria, BC, V8T 2Y6

Sarah is deeply passionate about integrating the mind, body, and spirit in her practice. She specializes in supporting individuals through a range of concerns, including mental health challenges, reproductive health, chronic and acute pain, digestive issues, and overall wellbeing. Sarah believes in the profound connection between the body’s physical state and its emotional, mental, and spiritual health, and strives to address all aspects of a person’s experience. She trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, where she graduated from the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program. Sarah is trained in acupuncture, cupping, tui na massage, gua sha, moxibustion, and Chinese herbal medicine. In addition to her foundational TCM training, she has studied various acupuncture styles, including Tan Balance Method, Global Balance, and 5 Element acupuncture, drawing on these approaches to create personalized treatments for each individual. Sarah is passionate about helping others navigate their health journeys through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, working with the body’s Qi at multiple levels. She often incorporates hands-on techniques, such as palpation and bodywork, to help regulate the nervous system and support the body’s ability to integrate and heal more effectively. Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with loved ones, and exploring new ways to nurture her own mind-body-spirit connection.
