Her extensive training includes therapeutic massage, myofascial cupping, scar tissue release, aromatherapy, yoga, and meditation, allowing her to tailor each treatment to the unique needs of her clients. Having navigated her own physical health challenges, Anita understands the value of sustainable self-care practices and empowering clients with practical tools to support their wellness between appointments. Anita has also devoted many years to supporting women’s health. As a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula, she has worked closely with women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenting, bringing compassion, knowledge, and attentive care to every client. Known for her nurturing presence and personalized approach, Anita looks forward to helping you achieve your skin care and wellness goals.
