Abriana is a Level 3 Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner, as well as a mobility and corrective exercise specialist. She teaches manual muscle testing, leads NKT study groups, and regularly serves as a teaching assistant for all levels of NKT education. Her continuing education includes advanced coursework in the pelvic floor and diaphragmatic breathing relationship, jaw/TMJD and core relationships, and movement subsystems, among others.
