I have found my purpose by helping others navigate their health in a holistic way. I love helping people understand their bodies and guiding them to live their best life with knowledge, bodywork, and understanding. I have studied multiple modalities and use the knowledge I have gained and experienced in every session. I am blessed to have incredibly supportive family and friends that I cherish deeply, an amazing golden retriever(Libby), and a life full of adventure and love. I would love to be a part of your journey to feeling better in your body so you can enjoy being present and LIVE instead of survive.
Our regular massage is 90 minutes, therapist may go longer depending on what your body requires that day. We may use modalities such as dynamic cupping, stones, or gua sha tools during this session to help your body release and relax.
