Jarod is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and McMaster University’s Kinesiology program. He combines manual therapy with tailored rehabilitation services to maximize patient mobility and overall quality of life. Jarod believes in patient-centered, evidence-based care and empowering patients to participate in their recovery to return to activities they love. Jarod has a special interest in persistent pain, movement-based solutions, and the biopsychosocial model of pain. Treatment options with Jarod can include spinal or extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dry needling/ medical acupuncture, exercise therapy, online coaching/ exercise programming, orthotic casting, education/advice and lifestyle modifications. In his free time, you can find Jarod playing golf, resistance training, or downhill skiing. He also enjoys daily walks (dogs are a bonus!) and keeping up with the latest movies and TV shows.
