Lilian graduated in 1983 from the University of Toronto, with a Bachelor of Phys Ed. and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1986. With her 30 years+ experience with sports medicine, she is also certified with the American College of Sports Medicine. She has extensive experience with on-field management/trainer. Lilian implemented and managed the Cardiac Rehab Program at Credit Valley Hospital for four years, and was also clinic director for Lifemark Health for five years. She has been with Club Physio Plus since 1997. She has completed the majority of her courses in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association level system. Her speciality is combining many years of experience utilizing neurological and vestibular specialities with a biomechanical approach looking outside the box, especially in treating chronic pain patients.
