Dr. Reecha Patel is a trained Naturopathic Physician and Licensed Acupuncturist committed to being your partner in wellness. Her journey in alternative medicine began early in life, growing up in an Indian household where Ayurvedic and home remedies were part of daily life. This foundation sparked a lifelong passion for holistic healing and has deeply influenced her approach to care. Reecha utilizes a wide range of evidence-based natural therapies including botanical medicine, nutritional counseling, hydrotherapy, and acupuncture to help her patients restore balance and achieve optimal health. She places a strong emphasis on identifying and addressing the root cause of illness, and she works closely with each patient to create individualized, realistic, and effective treatment plans. As a licensed acupuncturist, Reecha enjoys using acupuncture to support healing for a variety of conditions, with a special interest in women’s health, hormonal imbalances, and mental wellness. Whether helping to regulate menstrual cycles, ease anxiety, or improve fertility, she is passionate about empowering women through all stages of life. Reecha earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Doctorate in Acupuncture from the National University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, which continues to inform her compassionate, mind-body approach to care.
