Emily is a graduate of the Anderson College Massage Therapy program and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). I am a dedicated massage therapist known for strong, precise palpation skills and a keen intuitive sense that allows me to meet each client exactly where they are. My work is grounded in professionalism, presence, and individualized treatment—no two sessions are ever the same. I listen deeply with my hands and adapt each massage to support the body’s natural capacity for healing, with a special focus on calming the nervous system and facilitating sympathetic nervous system deactivation for lasting relief and restoration. As a Kundalini practitioner, I bring an awareness of energy, breath, and subtle body cues into my sessions, creating a space that supports both physical release and inner balance. Outside the treatment room, I am a tap dancer, an eclectic music lover, and someone who feels most at home in forests and wild, natural spaces. These influences shape my rhythm, creativity, and grounded approach to bodywork. I value growth, evolution, and inclusiveness—both in my personal journey and in my practice. My goal is to offer a welcoming, affirming environment where every body is respected, supported, and encouraged to soften, unwind, and reconnect. I see massage as an evolving collaboration, one that honours each client’s unique story while supporting their path toward greater ease, resilience, and well-being.
