Hello! I’m Alexa, the chiropractor here at Wintergreen. My passion for science and my involvement in sports, particularly volleyball, inspired me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. During my time at Laurier, I conducted thesis research with student athletes and served as an athletic trainer for the university's figure skating team. My personal experiences as a patient recovering from my own injuries deepened my appreciation for chiropractic care, and eventually led me to pursue my doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University in St. Louis. Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings, including low-income integrative medical clinics in St. Louis, family-oriented practices in Oakville, and sports rehabilitation clinics in Denver. These experiences, ranging from supporting families to working with professional athletes, have given me a well-rounded perspective, and I’m confident in my ability to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
