Deidre Brown has been a licensed physical therapist since 1994. Early in her career she worked at a chronic pain clinic where she saw first-hand how a holistic approach to pain led to life-changing outcomes. Practicing this model of treating "the whole person" became her passion. After 27 years in the healthcare field, her desire to specialize in helping those with chronic pain led her to become a massage therapist. Deidre is devoted to delivering compassionate, individualized treatment plans which are centered around the client's personal goals. Your Journey Massage clients will experience a session that blends skilled massage with stretching, muscle energy technique and joint mobilizations while also learning what they can do on their own at home to feel better day by day.
