I graduated from WellSpring School of Allied Health in 2019; with the honors of the Rising Star Award! For the last five years I have focused my continuing education in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy. For a more focused approach to facilitating those troubled muscles. I enjoy giving more Therapeutic style massage however; I will gladly help put your body back into the parasympathetic state of rest, digest, recover with a Relaxation/Swedish style massage. I am a mother to the most amazingly independent, bright, witty, hilarious, outspoken daughter; My Sunshine! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to hike, kayak and be outside.
Each session will be designed to your body's specific needs. Using different massage modalities to facilitate the results you are looking for. Modalities include: Neuromuscular, Sports, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and PNF Stretching.
