I am a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist, Clinic Manager, and Level 3 Certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Durham College. I am proud to be part of the team at Whitby Physiotherapy and Sports Rehab, where we are committed to helping patients restore mobility, independence, and confidence. My treatment style is hands-on and education-driven, with a focus on building strong, sustainable foundations through exercise and movement. I have extensive experience treating orthopedic conditions and pelvic floor dysfunctions, and I enjoy working with individuals of all age groups and backgrounds. As a Level 3 Certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, I am especially passionate about supporting patients through sensitive and often under-discussed issues like pelvic pain, incontinence, and postpartum recovery—providing compassionate, evidence-based care. In my role as Clinic Manager, I strive to maintain a supportive and patient-focused environment, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels seen, heard, and empowered in their journey to better health. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me on long walks with my dog, watching Netflix, traveling, or spending quality time with loved ones. Feel free to connect with me if you’re looking for guidance or support in your wellness journey—I’m always happy to help!
