Alex Nielson graduated from the First College Registered Massage Therapy program in 2025. She brings a calm, patient-centred approach to care and is dedicated to helping clients feel supported, comfortable, and more at ease in their bodies. Alex enjoys working with a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. Her treatments are tailored to each individual’s needs, whether the focus is pain relief, stress reduction, improved movement, or restorative relaxation. She may also incorporate guided breathing, gentle stretching, and simple homecare suggestions to support ongoing progress. Outside of the clinic, Alex enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time outdoors hiking, biking, skiing, and paddleboarding. These interests inform her understanding of movement and well-being and support her belief in a thoughtful, connected approach to healing and the body.
