Joseph offers both Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and therapeutic bodywork at Flowbility. He completed advanced Craniosacral training through the Upledger Institute, including Craniosacral Therapy Levels 1 & 2 and SomatoEmotional Release Levels 1 & 2, which focus on supporting the nervous system and the bodys natural ability to restore balance. In addition to Craniosacral Therapy, Joseph provides deep tissue therapeutic bodywork, drawing from his background in massage therapy, kinesiology, and integrative yoga therapeutics. He holds a Certificate of Massage Therapy from the Costa Rica School of Massage and studied kinesiology and exercise science at Montana State University. His work supports pain relief, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness through a thoughtful, whole-body approach.
Flowbility offers personalized therapeutic bodywork designed to release tension, support recovery, and restore ease in the body.
