Helen graduated from Westervelt College in London Ontario in the fall of 2010 and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since January 2011. Using a variety of modalities in her treatments, such as trigger point therapy, frictions and myofascial release, Helen is trained to treat a variety of conditions such as tendonitis, sprains/strains, sciatica, whiplash and many more. She is also experienced in prenatal and infant massage. Helen regularly enjoys reading, sewing, cooking and working out. In her spare time she enjoys volleyball, taking walks, mountain biking and is actively involved with various church events. Clients of all ages are welcome to come in and see Helen.
